 Great magazine! November 15, 2008
There are a lot of magazines out there for women and teens that do not compare to Women's Health. I used to read Teen Vogue, which I always thought was a bit depressing, but since I first picked up an issue of Women's Health, I've been hooked. The magazine is full of good, sane advice, fun articles, and women who strike me as 100% real, healthy, and beautiful. Whenever one of my girlfriends sees me reading it, they have to take a look and are really impressed. This magazine brightens my day, and has helped me to a healthier, happier life!

Geared toward under-30 women who already look good. Heavy on the fashion, light on the health. Would not have purchased had I seen a preview.

Womens health really helps us focus on wellbeing and thats a broad subject.
Fitness,stress,anxiety,happiness,love,and fullfilment all play a role.
If you enjoy this magazine you may also enjoy "Single a documentary film"

I love this magazine as it can compete with Shape,Self, and others. This magazine is full of exercise and diet tips that are priceless. I love all the above magazines and read them all.

I subscribed to this after seeing a copy, where else but a doctor's waiting room. It was engaging then and when the Amazon offer came I just got it for a year. 1st issue came in timely and I enjoyed reading it. Looking forward to reading the next issue.
